Thank you for your comment.  I do not believe that the press release you are referring to reflects NetApp&#039;s response to EMC&#039;s latest counter.  It is boilerplate that was originally released when NetApp matched EMC&#039;s previous offer.  NetApp is required to respond to the new offer within five days and I would expect a dedicated release on the topic.

I agree that NetApp is now in a tough position and will have a difficult time matching EMC&#039;s offer.</description>
